Israeli president Reuven Rivlin now beginning to set appointments with the various party heads to discuss recommendations for prime minister and a functional coalition government. But the public pretty skeptical that any talks might bear fruit, given the renewed political deadlock, and with both the right and left blocs coming up short of the 61 seat minimum.
