The ICC’s prosecutor has applied for arrest warrants for Israeli PM Netanyahu and Defence Minister Gallant, accusing them of committing war crimes in Palestine’s Gaza. However, Israel and its ally, the US, are not signatories to the ICC and therefore, cannot be forced to take the stand in court.
