Minister of State at the Home Office Lord Hanson discusses the Southport stabbings and is asked if the government is worried about a summer of riots after a series of violent events.
Mr Hanson says: "Hot weather, political issues always cause concern". He added "What we want to do is to take steps as a government in supporting the police to deal with this".
