Israel’s military has released the results of an investigation it undertook into the killing of 15 Palestinian medics in southern Gaza last month. The report describes what it’s calling "professional failures", acknowledging soldiers made critical errors. A senior officer will be fired, but it’s not clear whether anyone will face charges. A number of those killed worked for the Red Crescent. The organization has denounced Israel’s findings as "full of lies."
