US and Ukrainian negotiators say they have made progress during two days of high level talks in Berlin. But a deal to end Russia’s war in Ukraine remains distant, with territorial issues still a major sticking point. That’s even as Washington says it has offered Kiev security guarantees, which it hopes the Kremlin will accept. Yunus Demiroglu reports.
