Newly released CCTV footage shows a Cessna colliding with a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter at Carlisle Airport on August 19. The helicopter was hovering after a training flight when the light aircraft struck its tail and main rotor. Both officers on board were injured and later released from hospital. The Cessna pilot was killed. Investigators found no mechanical fault on either aircraft.
