Investigations are under way after the black boxes were recovered from both the American Airlines passenger jet, and the US military Black Hawk helicopter.
A preliminary report by the Federal Aviation Administration suggests there was just one person coordinating air traffic control at the time of the crash, rather than the usual two people. Meanwhile, Donald Trump suggested that diversity hiring could have been the cause.
