In northwestern Pakistan, at least 15 police officers have been killed, after a powerful car bomb exploded at a security post. A newly formed militant group linked to the Pakistani Taliban have claimed responsibility. Witnesses say multiple explosions were heard in the area and that nearby buildings sustained damage too.
